A list from Spin magazine of the greatest cover songs of all time is topped by Nirvana's cover of the David Bowie song The Man Who Sold The World

The list also included covers by Jimi Hendrix and Talking Heads.

I like Bowie's version better, but Nirvana's was indeed pretty cool.

i disagree.

im usually one in favor of the original. but i dont think that was one of bowies better songs.

I love that song! Especially the spooky, sauntering sound of the original. It elicits spookiness and sex to me! What a Face
